MARCH 23, 5:30-7:30PM: MONTHLY SCIENCE PUB FOCUSES ON THE SOCIAL SCIENCE AND COMMUNICATION OF CLIMATE CHANGE.

The monthly Science Pub, free and open to the public, is a free science lecture co-hosted by Asheville Museum of Science and held at The Collider. Doors open at 5:30pm for beverages provided by Asheville Brewers Alliance and light bites provided by Ingles, and the program begins at 6.

Evan Couzo from UNC Asheville will address the social science and communication of climate change. What has made climate change so cognitively challenging and difficult to talk about? He will also connect to climate education and the role of primary/secondary education.

The event is free with a suggested donation at the door.
